Anja Carina Heimsch has been working as an independent real estate agent since 2009. She stands out thanks to her many years of professional experience, extensive network, and outstanding market knowledge. She worked for more than eight years at Engel & Völkers Garmisch-Partenkirchen as an independent real estate consultant. Her outstanding expertise is reflected, among other things, in her ranking there as a “Top 10 Real Estate Agent.”

An M.A. in Communication Science (LMU Munich), a sound and recognized marketing education (BAW Munich), and many years of senior sales management in the media industry with professional stays abroad form the solid basis of a genuine real estate agent personality with verve.

Andrea Kuborn has been working in real estate management at WERTALPIN Immobilien since May 2024. After studying foreign languages, she acquired in-depth knowledge of product and supplier management, international sales, and key account customer service, as well as press and sales activities at a Munich-based art publishing house. She acquired comprehensive expertise in the real estate sector during eight years as a specialist assistant at Riedel Immobilien Munich, where she completed her training as a certified real estate agent (btw) in 2017. She is characterized by her language skills, enthusiasm, ability to work independently, customer focus, and friendliness.

Stephan Heldt supports the team in administrative and creative areas. As a business economist and hotelier (EHL), Stephan Heldt advises hoteliers and investors on the implementation of hotel projects and thus contributes comprehensive knowledge in project management, interior design, and the positioning of construction projects. A sound customer and service orientation have been his guiding principles for many years. His experience in dealing with an international clientele during numerous stays abroad and his excellent foreign language skills complement our team’s comprehensive service offering.
